SECOND ANNUAL “JINGLE & MINGLE” OPEN HOUSE KICKOFF EVENT

SEEKING WOMEN SINGERS of all ages!

Soon, the season of sleigh bells, snow, and holiday cheer will be here!

Looking for something new and exciting to usher in joy, fun, and friendship this year? 

Coming up on October 9th, the City of Lakes Chorus, a nationally recognized women’s a cappella chorus specializing in barbershop, will host an open house kickoff to its second annual “Jingle & Mingle” event, and we want to see YOU there!

WHO:     City of Lakes women’s chorus, friends, and guests of all ages! 

WHAT:     Fun, relaxed, and no-pressure open house to meet and sing with other women who also love to sing and perform. We’re planning a night of fun which will include performing for you our contest set of songs from our recent Regional competition (where we took home first place!), a Q&A session, snacks, mingling, and of course, you’ll get to sing!! After the Open House kickoff night, you may choose to come back to practice with us on the following Mondays leading up to our holiday performances in early December. You’ll learn two songs and get to sing them with us ON STAGE!

WHEN:     October 9th, 6:15-9:30 p.m. (If you can’t make it to the open house just send us a message, you can still come the following Mondays!)

WHERE:     Crosstown Covenant Church, 5540 30th Ave S, Minneapolis, MN 55417

COST:     The Open House, as well as subsequent rehearsals leading up to our holiday performances, are all completely FREE!

WHY:     Whether you are a novice or have been singing for years, the tools to succeed are made available to everyone. We love to share the gift of harmony, friendship, and song with people everywhere, and would love to have you try us on for size! No pressure or obligation, just come and see what we do – we have a feeling you’re going to love it!
